  • Copy or reproduce content for public distribution without permission

5. A.I. Generated Content

This platform includes AI-assisted tools that may be used in the creation of Story Gardens, specifically to support the development of summaries, lesson sequencing, and instructional framing. These tools are designed to help educators shape meaningful connections between selected lessons and to bring clarity to the structure of a Story Garden.

By using these features, you acknowledge:

  • AI-generated content is intended to support, not replace, professional judgment
  • Outputs may vary and should be reviewed and adapted before use
  • The final interpretation and implementation of all content remains the responsibility of the educator

We are not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended outcomes produced by these tools.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable
  • Subscription renewals may occur automatically based on your plan

You are responsible for managing your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

This site and its content are provided “as is.”

We do not guarantee:

  • That the site will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • That all content will meet specific educational requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site.
